This Court has entertained the case of private lending contract disputes among Wang Xintian (“Plaintiff”) and Dongguan Sanhe Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Nanyu Group Co., Ltd., Linshu Nanyu Tourism Industry Co., Ltd., Linshu Hongzuan Tourism & Resorts Co., Ltd., Linshu Nanyu Investment Co., Ltd., Wang Guoping, Wu Yujun, Wu Junying, Lin Bingliang, and Wang Yusheng (“Respondents”) (Case No.: [2016] Yue 0391 Min Chu[1]No. 1811). Documents hereby are served to you by means of announcement under the law, inter alia, duplicate copy of the Complaint, Notice of Appearance, Advice of Proof, Notification of Litigation Rights and Obligations, Litigation Risks Notification, Court Summons, Notification of Collegial Panel, and duplicate copy of evidence. For Respondent Shenzhen Nanyu Group Co., Ltd., and Respondent Lin Bingliang, this Announcement shall be deemed to have been served after 60 days since being issued.
